Great reporter/presenter/camera woman from BBC Look East arrived today to record an item about Matthew's grant from the PRS. I can generally talk quite sensibly without completely losing it - until they point a camera at me, when I turn into a drooling loon who can't remember what is special about a BBC micro.
Also, I can't simply smile on demand. I will smile when something good happens and I love to laugh, but trying to remember the few key points the PR guru has told me at the same time as trying to sound sensible about the museum, exhausts all my senses. When I force a smile out it looks desperate and people start to back away. I consider it lucky that don't all throw cruxifixes at me.
