We finally received the 40 column punch card equipment and IBM 1130 from Liverpool, we had a smashing day for the museum BBQ and Monday was our busiest day this year

The archive room preparation is completed, the server cabinets are reorganised to improve the working area and we receive a donation of an Intellec 4004 development system.

We had an official opening of the PC gallery on Thursday and a visit from the Wolverhampton Linux User Group on Saturday.

We have a new phone system fitted, IRIS is once again showing it's stuff and a new information board is fitted in the reception area

The gremlins are back and IRIS fails to start up again, we open the shop and make our first sale and some new pictures are put on the walls.

This week was quiet compared to recent ones with normal museum activities being the order of the day. We did get a few nice donations though.

It was a very long weekend with the museum opening every day over Easter, IRIS is working again and we have new signs for the museum entrance.

The admin office has had a complete reorg and tidied up, more equipment moving to clear out additional rooms and a how many people does it take to wall mount a network box?

Saturday was a busy day both for visitors and volunteers. The admin office network cabling was finally sorted out, the electronic office now says things on the display boards and we had another 'let's move the stuff in this room to another room' day.

Matthew completes two really good concerts on Friday and Saturday, the IRIS air traffic control system decides to have an unplanned night off on Friday but was fixed for Saturday and the museum had late night openings for the concert goers.
