Below you will find updates on some of the projects currently in progress, in planning or completed by the Museum volunteers.

Each project has either a working group or project team assigned to do the work. Working groups are either managed in association with the CCS (Computer Conservation Society) or solely within the Museum.

Elliott 803B restoration / activities (CCS working group)

Work has started on creating a new display gallery to show the history of personal computing from 1965 to 2005.

Using some twelve punched card machines from Powers-Samas, we are planning to reconstruct an accounting office from the late 1940s.

Relay / Serial computers

Several of our volunteers are working on building a number of replica relay and serial computers from original articles in electronic magazines of the 50s and 60s.
