We are happy to accept your booking to visit The National Museum of Computing.
To ensure your booking for your visit, please follow these instructions;
- Choose a date for your visit and the numbers in your group.
- Contact TNMOC to make a provisional booking; by phone (01908 374708) or by email (education@tnmoc.org) requesting your visit date together with the number in your group, organisation name, contact name and contact details.
- Once your provisional date is agreed with us, please click below to download your copy of the appropriate booking form.

- Carefully complete the booking form and tell us what you can about your group, their level, course and your objectives for your visit. Help us to help you make the most of your visit.

We must receive the booking form not less than 6 weeks before the visit date, otherwise your booking may be cancelled. In the unlikely event of the unavailability of volunteers to escort your group, we reserve the right to alter arrangements for a visit.
- Keep a copy of your booking form safe and bring it with you on the day of your visit.
- Please have at hand a mobile phone and our telephone number whilst you travel. In the event of a delay in your journey do please inform us of the situation.
- Now, look at our ideas for preparing for your visit.
- Please inform us if you are bringing a different number of students than you originally booked. Our volunteers give their time freely and we ensure that we have the right number of volunteers in for the number of booked places.
- Do please remind your students that they should bring a packed lunch to eat during their lunch break.
