The National Museum of Computing will be developing workshop sessions as an alternative to a Museum tour.

Currently these are only available to students post 16 likely to be studying Computer Science.

They are:

  • First Generation Machine Code Programming on PDP8s

  • Second Generation Assembly Code Programming on PDP8s

  • Third Generation BASIC Programming on BBC micros.

A workshop session will last at least two hours (with a break) and may be taken with an optional visit to specific Museum exhibits of interest. Please contact us with your specific requirements.

Workshops are dependent upon the availability of a volunteer.

We rely solely on your financial donations to run the museum. Please help this important project!
