Summer Bytes Visitors

Post this page to popular social media

All sorts of interesting visitors come to TNMOC's Summer Bytes Festival throughout August, but here's one of the more unusual. It didn't even come with a Falconer!

What we believe was a peregrine falcon suddenly appeared around the home of Colossus. Its quarry was a pigeon that was ringed... the pigeon did make its escape in the underside of the engine of the car of TNMOC guide, Sheridan Williams. The peregrine obviously failed to produce a killer app.

We've not seen anything like this around Block H before. Perhaps it's harking back to the more rural days of Bletchley Park in the 1940s.

So, don't miss a day of Summer Bytes -- there's something different every day!
