Bletchley, 24th January 2024 – The National Museum of Computing (TNMOC) proudly announces its latest foundation sponsor, issured, a dedicated technology partner that has been a steadfast supporter of the museum for over six years. Known for its commitment to charitable initiatives and long-standing investment in TNMOC's digital future projects, issured's sponsorship marks a significant milestone in the museum’s mission.
Under the three-year Foundation Sponsorship program, with an annual commitment of £12,500, issured becomes a vital contributor to TNMOC's mission of preserving Britain’s computer history and inspiring the next generation of STEM professionals. Sponsors like issured are integral to the museum’s diverse activities and projects.
TNMOC places a strong emphasis on diversity and inclusion, particularly in its successful learning programs aimed at inspiring young women to pursue careers in computer science and engineering. The museum is currently looking to reignite the pilot initiative that assisted over 20 autistic individuals in developing employability skills through interactive projects and placements within the museum. Support from foundational sponsors like issured is instrumental in driving these initiatives, including the Digital Future Days program.
