TNMOC coding sessions

Family coding drop-in sessions : 12pm to 4pm

Age 7+

These sessions are for families to come along and explore ways to code and programme. You are also welcome to bring your own coding project with you.

You will be able to look at:

Scratch is a block-based visual programming language and online community targeted primarily at children. Users of the site can create online projects using a block-like interface.

Python is a computer programming language. It is easy to learn and can be used to write all sorts of computer programs. People use Python to build games, online tools, and websites.

The BBC micro: bit is a pocket-sized computer that you can code, customise and control to bring your digital ideas, games and apps to life.

These tickets also give entry to the whole museum for all to explore and engage. visit www.tnmoc.org

Please note that this is not a drop off event. Parental supervision is required for the entire duration.
