Pre-booked DAY tickets to visit The National Museum of Computing on Bletchley Park

  • The National Museum of Computing Block H, Bletchley Park Bletchley, England, MK3 6GX United Kingdom (map)

The National Museum of Computing (TNMOC) is home to the world's largest collection of working historic computers.

Follow the development of computing: from the Turing-Welchman Bombe and Colossus of the 1940s through the large systems and mainframes of the 1950s, 60s and 70s, to the rise of personal computing, mobile computing and the internet.

Recognised as one of England’s top 100 ‘irreplaceable places’. We recommend that you arrive on time and allow two hours to explore the whole museum.

To make sure we are doing everything possible to reduce the risk of spread of COVID-19 for our visitors and our valuable team, we have introduced new social distancing and hygiene measures on-site.

Our volunteers are working hard behind the scenes to ensure we can open safely and welcome you all back! To ensure we meet all government conditions for opening, and ensure we have social distancing measures in place, we have implemented the following:

- Timed tickets to reduce crowding (please note we will not be able to allow entry if you turn up without a booking)

- One way flow to reduce bottlenecks and keep social distancing.

- Some restrictions on interaction with exhibits in order to protect the exhibits, museum staff/volunteers and visitors

- Protective screens for ticket office, Turing-Welchman Bombe and some other gallery areas. Portable screens, gloves and masks for guides, stewards and demonstrators.

We do recommend that visitors also wear masks and gloves in order to ensure the safety of everyone when in the museum.

As a charity the loss of all income from tickets, events, and our inspiring learning programme over the last few months makes things ahead challenging. Whilst we are still closed we still have rent to pay on Block H and our storage.
