The website, www.tnmoc.org, is operated by The National Museum of Computing (TNMoC). The National Museum of Computing is an independent charitable incorporated organisation (registered charity number 1150339), with its registered address at Block H, Sherwood Drive, Bletchley, Milton Keynes, MK3 6EB.
By offering to purchase tickets or products through the www.tnmoc.org website, you are entering into an agreement with The National Museum of Computing on the terms and conditions set out below.
These terms and conditions of sale are additional to and not a substitute for the general terms and conditions of use of the website. Please read our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms and conditions and covers personal information provided by you, security, and the use of cookies.
By placing an order with us, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and are at least 18 years old.
E-TICKETS PURCHASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Pass Types Available: TNMoC offers both Day Passes and Annual Passes for purchase online and on-site.
Validity & Parking: Tickets sold online are only valid for the date stated on them. Tickets do not guarantee car parking.
Redemption: After placing your order with us, you will be sent an email which will be your e-ticket. Display your e-ticket in Admissions on arrival at TNMoC. E-tickets purchased may only be used once to gain initial entry on the date booked.
Refunds & Cancellations:
Day Passes: Day Passes are non-refundable. Refunds will only be considered under extenuating circumstances. To request a refund, you must email operations@tnmoc.org detailing your circumstances. Requests are reviewed at the museum's discretion.
Annual Passes: Annual Passes are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
Museum Closures: Please ensure you have checked the website www.tnmoc.org before your visit to confirm TNMoC is open and you are aware of any closures to all or part of the museum.
Force Majeure & Liability: Management reserves the right to close TNMoC at short notice if it believes there is a risk to the health and safety of visitors, or due to any events, acts, or accidents beyond our reasonable control and, under these circumstances, we shall have no liability to you.
Annual Pass Issuance: On arrival at Admissions after purchasing an Annual Pass, you will be issued with a physical Annual Pass that you will be required to write your name on and add your signature to validate it. The validated Annual Pass will allow entry to TNMoC for 12 months from the date of your first visit.
Promotions & Offers: Specific local or partner promotions available online must be accompanied by proof of qualifying address or membership on arrival in admissions.
Group Bookings: Online bookings are currently for a maximum of 10 visitors. Groups of 11 or more are asked to contact our Bookings Team to secure their tickets in advance.
ANNUAL PASS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Validity: Each Annual Pass is valid for 12 months from the date of the first visit to TNMoC and may only be used by the named visitor.
Validation: To validate an Annual Pass, each entrance ticket must be completed with the name of the visitor and signed where indicated while on site.
Returning Visits: Holders of Annual Passes returning to TNMoC may book via the website by selecting the returning Annual Pass option to generate an e-ticket, or arrive on the day and present their pass at Admissions.
Identification: On arrival in Admissions, Annual Pass holders must scan their e-ticket and show their Annual Pass. Periodically, they may be required to produce an additional form of ID demonstrating name and signature.
Exclusions: Children under the age of 5 go free and will not be issued an Annual Pass. Access Companions accompanying disabled visitors can access the site for free and will not be issued an Annual Pass.
Complimentary Passes: Those in possession of a complimentary day ticket, or those who have booked a special offer for a day ticket, will not be issued an Annual Pass (unless otherwise stated on the complimentary ticket).
Restrictions & Events: There may be occasions where the museum, specific exhibitions, or parts of TNMoC will not be open to holders of Annual Passes. The Annual Pass excludes admission to events where additional tickets or fees apply.
Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable: Annual Passes are strictly non-transferable and may not be exchanged or refunded. If an Annual Pass is lost, it will not be replaced. TNMoC reserves the right to close the museum at its discretion.
GENERAL ADMISSION CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Supervision: Adults must accompany all children under the age of 18.
Education & Youth Groups: Groups with children (under 18 years of age) must be booked in advance and maintain a minimum ratio of 1 adult to 10 children. Groups that do not meet this ratio or lack an advance booking may be subject to standard walk-up rates or refused entry.
Right of Refusal: Management reserves the right to close the museum at short notice or refuse entry if, for any reason, it deems there is a risk to the museum, the public, or the staff on site.
Conduct: Customers displaying anti-social behaviour will be asked to leave and could be subject to prosecution.
Animals: Dogs are not permitted onto the site, with the exception of assistance dogs and guide dogs.
Searches: To prevent offensive or dangerous articles being taken into TNMoC, visitors are admitted subject to a condition that, if requested to do so, they will allow themselves and/or their belongings to be searched by TNMoC staff.
GROUPS
Eligibility & Rates: TNMoC hosts adult group visits which may include private guided tours and group catering. Group visits and special group rates are only available to pre-booked groups of 12 or more people.
Exclusions: Tickets purchased for pre-booked groups cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts. Private guided tours not arranged by TNMoC are not permitted on site.
Provisional Holds: Due to the high number of group booking enquiries we receive, provisional bookings will be held for 60 calendar days after the date of booking. A signed copy of our Terms and Conditions must be returned within this period, or your provisional booking will be cancelled.
Confirmation & Amendments: Bookings will be confirmed when the Bookings Office receives a signed copy of the group terms and conditions. Amendments to your booking can be made up to 14 calendar days prior to your visit by contacting the Bookings Office. Any changes made after this 14-day cutoff may be subject to an administration fee.
Cancellations: You can cancel your booking up to 14 calendar days prior to your visit without penalty. Please confirm cancellations via email to operations@tnmoc.org. If you cancel your visit within 14 calendar days of your booked visit date, full payment will still be required.
Payment Terms: Full payment is due a minimum of 14 calendar days prior to your visit. If payment is not made by 12:00 noon on this date, the booking will be cancelled. If actual numbers on the day are fewer than booked, no refund will be given.
Booking Process: Currently, groups of 12 or more people are unable to book directly via our website. All group booking enquiries must contact operations@tnmoc.org.
LEARNING VISITS
TNMoC hosts visits by educational groups which may include workshops, demonstrations, tours, and activity packs.
Sessions must be booked in advance and are not open to the general public.
Activities are tailored to primary schools, secondary schools, colleges, special educational needs (SEN) groups, and adult groups.
All learning enquiries must contact the TNMoC Learning Team directly.
EVENT TICKETS PURCHASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please refer to the specific description of your event ticket as detailed at the time of purchase.
Event tickets will not include an Annual Pass unless explicitly stated on the event ticket.
All other standard TNMoC admission terms and conditions apply.
HOW TO MAKE A PURCHASE
E-Tickets for Standard Entrance
Navigate to the www.tnmoc.org homepage and click on the "Events" or "Tickets" section to begin booking your tickets.
All Bookings Checklist
Select your required date.
Select the ticket type and quantity.
Add optional items, such as a guidebook, if required. (Note: Guidebooks ordered online are collected from Admissions on the day of your visit and will not be sent ahead of time.)
Choose whether to add a voluntary donation or Gift Aid your purchase (if applicable). Ticking the Gift Aid box constitutes providing the formal Gift Aid declaration as set out on the website.
Register or log into your account and enter your details. (Note: Details provided must match the payment cardholder.)
Choose whether to opt into communications. If you select to keep in touch with TNMoC by email, you will join our mailing list to receive news and updates. You can update your preferences or unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails.

Complete your payment.
