We do our best to get orders out as soon as possible but please allow up to 12 days for delivery (20 days outside UK). We aim to ship all orders within 2 working days.
By purchasing from the museum shop, you acknowledge and agree that all international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees upon arrival in your country.
The museum operates on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means the museum does not collect, calculate, or pay these charges on your behalf. All fees imposed by local authorities during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
